Over the past 14 years Skybridge has developed comprehensive engagement processes to ensure the following outcomes are met:
Our technician engagement team is responsible for ensuring that the above outcomes are delivered, supported by our compliance management system that monitors ongoing performance of our installers.
Training is conducted in Skybridge’s purpose built, in-house training facility, with capacity to train 20 technicians per session. Technicians receive training in areas including customer service, safety management systems and technical aspects of each project we deliver.
Training is conducted by highly experienced field technicians who have undertaken further studies in delivery of training.
The Skybridge training program is RTO recognised through our auspice arrangement with the Australian Training Institute under the Australian Quality Training Framework for our Work Health and Safety units of competency.
