Skybridge awarded Digital TV switchover contract
May '10 The Australian Federal Government has announced Skybridge (Australia) P/L as one of the preferred suppliers to deliver the Digital Switchover Household Assistance Scheme to eligible households in Regional South Australia and Broken Hill.
In preparation for the analogue TV signal switch off in regional SA this December, the Australian Government recognises that some people will need help to get ready for digital TV. The Government will therefore be providing in-home assistance to eligible households.
Skybridge, one of Australia’s leading technical services companies, will provide a scheme contact centre, equipment and in home installation services of high-definition set-top boxes and any necessary antenna and cabling work, if required, to eligible households.
Skybridge has been selected following a competitive and rigorous procurement process.
